Our solutions can also be "Web enabled" via our WEB Assistant module.

They are also SWIFT ADK compliant as well as SWIFTNet compliant for Browse, Interact and FileAct. The design concepts for all product groups are modular providing maximum flexibility and allowing our customers to pick and choose the modules and compone-nts that best suit their needs.

FAX Processing

Fax Assistant by ACE effectively converts free-form Fax, Telex, Email etc. into structured SWIFT, EDIFACT, FIX etc. message formats, thus enabling automatic processing of unstructured messages.

ACE's solution reads Faxes directly from a Fax Server, runs them through ACE's Intelligent Optical Character Recognition (IOCR) engine to recognize the text. The text is intelligently corrected using ACE's advanced natural language processing techniques to achieve higher recognition rates than that possible by any standard OCR package. After text recognition, STP Toolkit, ACE’s comprehensive solution for STP will interpret the text and create structured output for back office systems.

Output can be in SWIFT, FMCNet or other required custom formats. Any exceptions to this process are handled by Ace's operator based Fax Assistant software, which displays all stages of the Fax, OCR'd text and required output.
